SMS / text messaging privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
How I share information
I do not sell your personal information. I may share information with service providers who help me run my business (such as my CRM and messaging platform), only as needed to provide my services, or when required by law.

SMS program description
Lael Edouard sends text messages to real estate buyers and investors who opt in through the form on this website. Depending on which consent you give, messages may include replies to your inquiries and updates on properties you've asked about (transactional), and new off-market property deals (marketing).
Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, you will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages. To join again, sign up the same way you did the first time.

Message frequency and rates
